RENITE F-72, F-95, & H-9
Renite Company announces the recent development of new and improved swabbing lubricants for Hartford I.S. glass container machines. These new compounds are improvements over previous Renite swabbing products and should prove to be very competitive with other popular swab dopes. These new developments include:
Renite F-72 Swab Dope: High Polish - General Purpose High Temperature Blank Swab Dope (for medium to large size ware),
Renite F-95 Swab Dope: High Polish - Light Blank Mold Swabbing Dope (for small size ware),
Renite H-9 Ring Dope
The above-noted products were developed with the main concerns of the glass industry in mind, namely cost, cleanliness, and batch to batch consistent quality, as well as the need to meet general quality performance standards. Thus, the following resulting advantages have been observed in this series of products when compared to competitive products:
Significant cost reduction on lubricant delivered price to the customer,
Cleaner ware, with less dope carry over onto the ware, and
More consistent batch to batch quality in terms of ease and efficiency
Renite also expects that in these areas, the customer should experience superior performance and improvements not only over past Renite products, but also meeting or exceeding that of popular competing products. Renite believes that there may be advantages in improved bonding characteristics to the mold metal which should also mean greater efficiency of application (less frequent swabbing may be attainable).
These new products were developed, and are manufactured and administered all under one roof at Renite Company's Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A. plant. The products are exported to glass plants worldwide. Fax or phone Renite for pricing information and for samples to determine just how well these new products can help you save money and make better, cleaner ware.
